No program will work if you don't install this before. Moblile Phone Monitor will be always on alert of the phone being connected (with cable or infrared) and the programs will "ask" Mobile Phone Monitor if there is any phones connected.

Send file is an application for sending any type of file from your Pc to the phone. After installing the software, you can download games, sounds etc. and save it on your PC, then you just connect the phone to the cable or  infrared and select the files you wish to transfer.
