Ordering Help

Below you will find helpful information, and frequently asked questions...

Question: What are my payment options

Answer: There are two primary methods of payment for goods ordered:-

1. Online Payment

Card payments can be made using any of the following methods:-

  • Visa
  • Delta
  • Switch
  • Solo
  • Mastercard

Please note that we do not accept Visa Electron cards. If you are ordering outside of the UK, please be aware that your credit card company may charge a currency conversion fee.

Payments placed online will be placed on Barclaycard Merchant Services Secure Server. On this form, all credit / debit card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. Submitted details are processed directly by Barclaycard Merchant Services. Details are encrypted with 1024-bit PGP and transmitted to Barclaycard Merchant Services.  FreeFoneFun never actually see your credit / debit card details.

2. Payment after placing order online

If you do not wish to pay online, please complete the online order form and further instructions will be presented. The following methods of payment are accepted:-

Question: I keep trying to order online, but the cart always appears empty!

Answer: To shop online successfully, your browser must accept cookies.

A "cookie" is a small piece of information which a web server (via a CGI script) can store with a browser and later retrieve from that browser. The Fone Fun Shop website employs a "shopping cart" that requires cookies, so your browser must be cookie-enabled for our "shopping cart" system to function properly. The cookie file allows your browser to remember specific information across a number of pages. In other words, when you browse through our online store and add items to your "shopping cart," the list of items you've added to your "cart" is kept in your browser's cookie file so you can pay for all the items at once when you're finished shopping.

We do not use our cookies to store any other information about you. Our cookies are simply tiny, inert pieces of data which allow our "shopping cart" to keep track of the item(s) you intend to purchase. Despite the popular myth, cookies are NOT capable of reading and retrieving sensitive, personal information about you from your computer files. The Fone Fun Shop website does not search for cookies left by other sites nor are our cookies accessible by any other website.
